The Lucky Liner Scoop may have duplicates in a single scoop. No certain shades can be promised. There is not a guaranteed number of liners; only a range of approx 9+ liners. Some scoops may have more but NEVER less than 9. Each liners retail value is a little under $3.50.

APPLICATION

Open jar and use 3-5 drops of water inside the lid, use this to dip your brush and swirl around the pot until formula is moistened. Once thick consistency is achieved apply as desired and wait for it to dry.

DISCLAIMERS

Please avoid using anything other than water as it could disrupt the formula. Please allow a few hours after each finished use for the pot to fully dry before putting lid back on. Always patch test new cosmetics.
